Paid work follows the agreed quote and milestone schedule.
Paid engagements are governed by the specific quote or service agreement you sign. Fees, milestones, and refund terms are set out in that agreement. Unless stated otherwise, advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Our brand and platform are ours; your content stays yours.
The Ascender name, logo, website, and software are our intellectual property. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us the limited rights needed to deliver the services to you.
